This ACV green tea refresher is a fantastic way to re-hydrate after a long day.
Some days I find that water just doesn’t do it for me. Even after drinking 3+ liters throughout the day, I need something with a little flavor. That’s why I love this recipe. It contains our Organic ACV with Ceylon Cinnamon for blood sugar support and the green tea gives you your daily antioxidants.
It’s especially helpful after a day out in the sun!
8 oz of your favorite green tea, steeped and cooled
2 tbsp GT Apple Cider Vinegar
4 oz cold water
1 cup ice
- Add all ingredients into a large glass
- Stir until ingredients are combined
- Drink up!
