This cranberry cleanse shot is a great tasting, antioxidant-packed recipe! I like to take this daily when I am trying a new diet change (like increasing my veggie intake or lowering my simple carb intake).
Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and be sure to drink at least 8 ounces of water after consuming. This shot will give your body the boost it has been missing!
4 ounces water
1 scoop Cranberry U.T. Complete
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh turmeric (Or ginger root) grated finely
Mix water and Cranberry U.T. Complete together.
Add lemon juice, turmeric (or ginger), and stir. Enjoy!
