When I am just not feeling my typical breakfast, I love switching it up with a smoothie. It’s such a quick and easy way to get a healthy dose of fruit in the morning! This one is especially nice because it is packed with flavor but only has 4 ingredients.
The Cranberry U.T. Complete gives it a great pop of cranberry flavor as well as a big boost of proanthocyanidins (which are healthy antioxidants!).
2 cups almond milk
½ cup frozen berries
1 scoop Cranberry U.T. Complete
Add all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth
