I am a HUGE breakfast lover. Although I can eat eggs just about every day, sometimes I get tired of eating the same old thing. This acai mango smoothie bowl did just the trick! It is really quick and easy to whip up and tastes fabulous. Not to mention it is packed full of Omega 3, 6, 7, & 9, so you get a great daily omega boost.
5 Acai cubes (see recipe below)
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp ground chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chopped fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries)
Combine all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend on low for 15 seconds, then on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of your choice.

Pour acai puree into an ice cube tray. Freeze overnight and pop into your favorite smoothie for a boost of Omegas 3, 6, 7, 9 and vitamin A.
