Back to school means stress, homework, and early mornings! Get ahead of the game by taking your Defense Greens! We like to take a variation of this shot every day to help support the immune system – especially during times of stress.*

Ingredients

1 scoop GT Defense Greens

Juice from ½ lemon (or 2 tsp lemon juice)

6 oz orange juice

½ tsp honey

1 tsp ginger powder (or ½ tsp fresh ginger grated on a micro plane grater)

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except ginger) in a shaker bottle.

Pour into a glass and top with ginger powder or grated ginger. Drink immediately.

While pursuing her education, Emily has worked in the health and nutrition industry for 6 years. She has held positions in the Food Management industry as well as in Food Research and Development. In her free time, Emily enjoys cooking, traveling, playing soccer and hiking the greenbelt with her dog.
