Maple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

It seems like I’ve never got enough time in the morning. Some mornings I know I’m going to be rushed, so I set these up the night before. That way I know breakfast is ready to go when I wake up. The best part? It takes less than 5 minutes and tastes amazing!

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 scoops GT Fiber + Probiotics
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 Half pint mason jars

Split ingredients among 4 mason jars.

Each jar will have:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ scoop GT Fiber + Probiotics
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

After adding ingredients (except pecans) into each jar, stir well.

Sprinkle the top with pecans and cover. Refrigerate overnight.

Serve with additional cinnamon and maple syrup if desired. Enjoy!
