Pumpkin Chai Coffee

It’s fall and you can NEVER have enough pumpkin recipes. This Pumpkin Chai Coffee will get you your pumpkin fix without the coffee shop price tag. You can even lower or remove the maple syrup or add some protein powder for a protein boost!


2 bananas, frozen

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or other non-dairy milk

4 oz coffee (cold brew or hot)

¾ cup pumpkin puree

1 Tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon nutmeg

¼ teaspoon allspice

¼ teaspoon ground cloves


Add all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
